A Guide To Seeing Auras
To effectively see auras, you need to be able to unfocus your eyes. You can easily see auras with holographic picture-in-picture images without too much struggle.
There have been times during events when I had no trouble seeing auras and times when I struggled. It depends on my current mindset and what I focus on.
In a dimly lit room with light-colored walls, have a training partner stand before a wall and hold their index (or other) finger in front of their face, approximately six inches from their chin.
Next, you'll have to relax your eyes to do this; focus your eyes on their finger instead of their face. Then ask them to move their finger away wholly. Keep looking at the same spot; at this point, you should see a line that encircles their body just a couple of inches away.
After some time, you'll notice a pattern associated with different types of people and their behaviors. There will likely be a second, even more soft yet colorful layer. Each color has different meanings; consult my previous post, "An Introduction to Auras and the Meanings of Their Colors," for purposes.
Try this exercise to test out the colors you see. See if your partner's aura changes when they think happy, sad, or angry thoughts.
Some practitioners instantly see auras, and others have to work harder. The more often you practice, the more you'll see the subtle layers of energy that often surround people. You might even start to feel another person's chakra imbalances, but that's a subject for another day.
